We combined the best of pour-over, immersion, and cloth brewing into one revolutionary tool. The ACE Brewer gives you full control, faster brewing, and richer flavour — with a method so simple, it’s second nature.

STEEP

    ADD COFFEE

    The ideal grind size is fine, though we built our filter to perform for any!

    STEEP

    Let it steep for 1-3 minutes! Smell the good smells!

FILTER

    POUR

    Sit the ACE Brewer on a cup or serving vessel and pour the mixture through!

Every ACE Brewer filter is hand-sewn in Canada using a proprietary blend of unbleached, certified organic cotton. This isn’t just any fabric — we’ve selected it for its ideal thickness, flow rate, and flavour neutrality, making it the perfect medium for our Steep & Filter® method.

Unlike paper or mesh filters, our cotton is

Everything You Need to Know About Steep & Filter®

How is Steep & Filter® different from other brewing methods?

Steep & Filter® combines the best parts of immersion and pour-over — but it’s faster, cleaner, and more flavourful. You control the steep time, then coffee flows instantly through our proprietary organic cotton filter for a smooth, grit-free brew.

Will the cotton affect the taste of my coffee?

No — in fact, it enhances it. Our organic cotton is specially selected to preserve essential oils and flavour compounds, without the paper taste or metallic after-notes of other filters.

How long does the filter last?

We recommend replacing your filter after 8 months, but with regular use and proper care, each filter can last for over a year! Rinse after each brew to keep your brewer performing at its best.

Can I use it with any brewer?

The ACE Brewer is designed for versatility and works with all mugs, carafes, and pour-over stands!
